Post internships, choose the best students and give them a verified certificate.

1. Create your company account
  1. Open Create account and choose Company.
  2. Enter your company name, your name, work email and a password.
2. Get verified (blue check)
  1. New companies are checked by our team. You can prepare internships while you wait.
  2. To speed it up, complete your Company profile with a logo, website and a clear About text.
  3. Once verified, your internships go live immediately and show a blue check next to your name.
3. Complete your company profile
  1. Add your logo, city, website, phone and a short About text.
  2. This builds your public company page, which students can open from any of your listings.
4. Post an internship
  1. Select Post an internship.
  2. Fill in title, field, city, work mode, duration, stipend, positions and deadline.
  3. Add a description with what the intern will do and what you expect. If you leave it empty, we write a clear description from the details you entered.
  4. Set a deadline. The listing closes and hides itself after that date.
5. Get more visibility with Featured
  1. Open My internships and select Request featured on a live listing.
  2. Our team contacts you about the price and dates. After it is switched on, the listing shows first on the list and the home page with a Featured label.
6. Review applicants
  1. Open Applicants and choose an internship.
  2. Click a candidate to see their profile, message, skills and CV.
  3. Move them between Shortlisted, Interview, Selected or Not selected. The student gets an email each time.
7. Manage your interns
  1. Everyone you move to Selected appears under Interns.
  2. Set the start and end dates.
  3. Each week the intern submits a log. Select Approve, or Request changes with a short comment.
8. Complete the internship and issue a certificate
  1. When the internship ends, open the intern and select Complete and issue certificate.
  2. You need at least one approved weekly log. The certificate shows the approved hours.
  3. Write a short remark about their work. The student is emailed a certificate with a code anyone can verify.
9. Close or edit a listing
  1. In My internships use Edit to change details, or Close when you have found the right person.
10. Fair practice
  1. Do not ask students to pay any fee. Listings that do are removed.
  2. State the stipend honestly, including if the internship is unpaid.
Plans and analytics
  1. Your plan and slots used are on the Overview. Free allows 2 live internships. Closed internships do not use a slot.
  2. Analytics shows views, applicants, apply rate and deadlines for each internship. Pro adds the views trend, hiring funnel, applicants by college and field, and response time.
  3. Open an applicant to give a star rating and a private note, or to schedule an interview. The student is emailed, and both of you get a reminder the day before.
  4. Bulk actions under the applicant list shortlist or reject many people at once. Pro can download the applicants as a CSV file.
  5. After an intern finishes, press Convert intern to hire to record that you hired them.
