Follow your students from application to certificate.

1. Create your college account
  1. Open Create account and choose College.
  2. Enter your college name, your name, official email and a password.
2. Get verified
  1. Our team verifies each college. Students can find and link to you only after that.
  2. Complete College profile with city, website and a phone number to help us verify quickly.
3. Invite your students
  1. Ask students to create a free student account.
  2. They open CV and profile and choose your college under Link to your college portal.
4. Approve students
  1. Open Students. New requests appear at the top.
  2. Select Approve for your own students, or Reject if you do not recognise them.
5. Follow progress
  1. Students shows each approved student. Click a name to see their applications, weekly logs and certificates.
  2. Placements lists every application with the company, status, approved hours and certificate code.
6. Download a report
  1. On Overview select Download report (CSV). Open it in Excel or Google Sheets for your records or accreditation reports.
7. Verify a certificate
  1. Open Verify a certificate and enter the code printed on the certificate to confirm it is real.
8. Charts, interns and invites
  1. The Overview shows placement rate, the student-to-placement funnel, placements by company, a 6 month trend and a comparison by semester or year.
  2. Interns shows each placed student with progress, approved hours and weeks, and certificate.
  3. Invite students gives you a join link that links and approves students automatically. You can also email up to 100 students at a time from a list or CSV file. Make a new link if the old one spreads too far.
  4. Partner colleges can show a public page with a logo, about text and totals (no student names). Turn it on in College profile. Use Print or save as PDF on the Placement report for your accreditation file.
