We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Website Content Handler Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our target audience, and contributing to the development of captivating content for both our social media platforms and website. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for our various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our website by updating and optimizing content to ensure a seamless user experience.
Assist in the creation of blog posts, articles, and other written materials for both our website and external platforms.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content development and optimization.
Generate visually appealing graphics, images, and videos to accompany social media posts and website content, using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding and visual aesthetics across all online platforms.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for social media and website content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to our content strategy.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and an understanding of their respective audiences and engagement tactics.
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website maintenance.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate original content ideas.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
