Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and curating content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Schedule and publish social media posts using management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and preparing reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and digital marketing.
