Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will work closely with our experienced social media professionals to support our clients’ social media strategies and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the digital marketing field and develop your skills in social media management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies for clients, aligning them with their overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and keep clients’ social media accounts up to date.
Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving clients’ social media presence.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media platforms.
Support the social media team in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content and campaigns.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong passion for social media and a good understanding of different social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create engaging social media content.
Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, is a plus.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior team members.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices is a plus.
