Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Assist in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Aid in the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
System Administration:

Assist in maintaining and updating software systems and applications.
Support system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Assist in monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime.
IT Infrastructure Management:

Support the management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Assist in maintaining server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Aid in managing cloud services and virtualization platforms.
Documentation and Reporting:

Help document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Assist in generating reports and analysis on IT performance metrics.
Support the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
